OBJECTIVES
You will learn practical leadership approaches that:
• support psychological safety for every person in your team;
• improve how well your team functions; and
• enhance inter-team communication.
APPROACH
You will work collaboratively with other participants. Together, you’ll identify potential options to support and enhance how your team feels and performs. In addition, you’ll think about how to work together with other leaders to better support Durham Region’s mission.
You will learn a deliberate process that touches on each of the 25 survey questions.
