In the last 30 years I have seen this first-hand. I’ve led scores of teams, coached hundreds of leaders, and studied the impact of leadership on thousands of workers around the world.
I emigrated to Canada as a kid, built a couple of successful companies (after I grew up!) and earned my MBA at Kellogg School of Management. My sole focus in the past five years has been researching my passion:

“I’ve been thinking about your session this morning on accountability and the previous sessions all day and I wanted to send through some feedback.
The way you have presented the information each week has been thoughtful, considered and I’ve found it to be overall a wonderful learning experience. Each week I’m given things to think about that have genuinely changed my behaviour and the way I’m acting with my team for the better.
I’m not quite sure what’s so good about the progression of learning but personally I’ve found it to be just enough to be comfortable so that I’m not overwhelmed but rather empowered to take a few learnings and implement some new strategies.
